A Warm Welcome Back to The Little Pack Horse in Bewdley

Posted 28th Feb 2026

Here at Visit Bewdley, we absolutely love sharing good news about our local businesses. Today, we are absolutely thrilled to announce that one of the most historic and beloved pubs in town, The Little Pack Horse, has officially reopened its doors!

Tucked away on the High Street, this stunning 15th century venue has always been a special part of our community. After a brief closure over the winter months, seeing the lights back on and the real ale pumps flowing again is a truly fantastic sight.

The pub is now under the wonderful new management of Naomi, who is already doing a stellar job of welcoming everyone back. Whether you are a regular who has missed your favourite spot or a visitor exploring the town for the first time, Naomi and the team are ready to pour you a perfect pint. The bar is fully stocked, the atmosphere is as cosy as ever, and it remains a wonderfully dog friendly place to relax.

While the drinks are flowing, the team is currently putting the final touches on the kitchen. Food updates will be coming very soon, and we are certainly keeping our fingers crossed for the return of those famous pies! In the meantime, it is the perfect excuse to pop in for a drink and soak up the traditional charm.

What we love most is that the new team is actively looking for community input. Naomi is asking for your thoughts and ideas on how to take this beautiful little pub to the absolute next level. It is a brilliant opportunity to support a local business and help shape the future of a true Bewdley institution. Whether you are grabbing a quick coffee at a nearby café before heading to the pub or making a full evening of it, your support means the world to our independent venues.

Why not call in this weekend, say a massive hello to Naomi, and enjoy a drink? We cannot wait to see what the future holds for The Little Pack Horse.

To stay updated on their kitchen opening and future events, be sure to check out their official Visit Bewdley listing and give them a follow on their Facebook page.
