Free Family Drop-in Events at St George’s Hall

As part of the Step Into Stories festival, St George’s Hall is hosting a variety of free drop-in events from 11:00 to 15:00. These activities are open to everyone, with all ages welcome to join in the fun.

Throughout the day, families can enjoy the following activities:

  • Mural Workshops: Get creative with illustrator Bec Tonks.
  • Meet and Greet: Say hello to the Tricksy Troll (please check the board on the day for specific times).
  • Activity Corner & Book Swap: Engage in hands on activities and swap your pre-loved books for something new.
  • Story Tale Trail: Follow the trail around the venue.
  • Quiet Space: A dedicated area to relax and take a break from the busy festival environment.
