Dementia Awareness Day and Live Music in Jubilee Gardens
Bewdley Dementia Support Group is hosting a free family day out in the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Gardens in association with Bewdley Museum. The event is designed to raise awareness and celebrate Dementia Awareness Day, supported by local businesses including the Rowing Club, Tennis Club, Bewdley Brewery, and Cricket Club.
Activities are available from midday and include a dementia information stall, a raffle, face painting, and a visit from Therapy Dogs. Visitors are welcome to bring their own picnic to enjoy on the grass. The Garden Kitchen café will also be open and firing up the BBQ, with hot food and refreshments available to purchase throughout the afternoon.
From 1.30pm to 3.30pm, the event features free live music from The Severn Wonderers. This unique group will be performing a variety of popular music from across the decades in the open air Green Theatre.
