Dr Gareth Williams, a leading expert on the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings, tells the story of the Herefordshire Viking Hoard: gold and silver dug up near Leominster in 2015, then illegally sold on the black market before police and heritage experts recovered some of it and jailed the finders.
