Bewdley Dementia Support Group is holding a chair exercise session at Bewdley Rowing Club on Tuesday 4 August, starting at 11.30am. Led by Becky, it is a gentle, seated workout that everyone can take part in at their own pace, and a friendly, sociable way to spend a late morning by the river.
Parking at the rowing club is free, and while there is no charge to take part, donations to Bewdley Dementia Support Group are welcome and go towards the group’s work with people living with dementia and those who care for them.
