Piccolos in Bewdley Officially Under New Ownership

Posted 8th Mar 2026

Rachael Timmins has officially taken ownership of Piccolos, the café situated on Load Street in Bewdley. Having worked at the establishment intermittently since the age of 16, Timmins returned to the business in December 2024 and formally acquired it in early March 2026.

The change in ownership brings several practical updates to the venue. A new menu is scheduled to launch on April 1, which will introduce a breakfast selection for the first time. The updated offerings will include avocado on sourdough and bacon baps, with meat sourced locally from Andrew Francis Butchers. Salad and vegetables will also be supplied by Bewdley Farm Shop, reflecting a focus on utilising local supply chains.

Timmins has confirmed she will retain all existing staff members and keep several regular menu items to ensure continuity for current customers. The café will also place a heavier emphasis on homemade food, with Timmins’s mother contributing a range of freshly baked cakes. A potential refurbishment of the premises is being considered for the summer months.
