Bank Farm Holiday Park is a family-run holiday park set on a hillside above the River Severn, on the edge of the Wyre Forest just outside Bewdley, with the steam trains of the Severn Valley Railway running right through the farmland. Now in its third generation of Davies family ownership, it is part of the wider Bank Farm Properties and Leisure group and has grown from farming roots into one of the area’s most characterful parks.
The split-level design means no two pitches are quite the same, and the setting is matched by an unusually generous range of facilities. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool, a nine-hole pitch and putt, an outdoor gym, a children’s play area and a dog agility area, along with both river and pool fishing for anyone who likes to cast a line. An onsite equestrian centre offers hacks straight out into the Wyre Forest, lessons and livery, and there is a striking glamping and spa lodge, sleeping up to eleven, for a short break complete with a swim spa and sweeping countryside views.
Bank Farm is principally a place to own a holiday home, with new and pre-loved static caravans for sale and seasonal touring pitches available, rather than a nightly-let campsite, so it suits anyone after their own bolt-hole in the Severn Valley. It sits within easy reach of Bewdley, the West Midlands Safari Park and Arley Arboretum. You will find it at Arley, Bewdley, Worcestershire, DY12 3ND, and you can reach the park on 01299 401277 or through the Bank Farm Holiday Park website.
