Spirit of Essence brings a Sunday morning soundbath to the Guildhall at Bewdley Museum on 20 September, starting at 10:30am. It is an hour set aside for stillness, using the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments as a way to relax and unwind.
Places are very limited, so booking ahead is essential. A few important points before you come along. Access to the Guildhall is via stairs and is not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties. A soundbath is not for everyone, so please read the contraindications on the booking page, and always consult your GP before attending if you have any medical conditions.
