Author Kit de Waal in conversation about her life and writing, part of the Bewdley Festival of the Arts, Saturday 10 October.

An afternoon in conversation with author Kit de Waal, whose debut novel My Name Is Leon was shortlisted for the Costa Book Award. Born in Birmingham and a former magistrate who spent fifteen years in criminal and family law, she writes with real heart, and this is a chance to hear about her life and her work.

Tickets are on the Bewdley Festival site. Festival talks are usually held at St George’s Hall, so do check the venue when you book.
