I may accept, refuse, edit, categorise, postpone, suspend or remove submitted material at my discretion.
I may take into account editorial, operational, reputational, community, commercial or other considerations that I believe are relevant to Visit Bewdley.
The fact that I accept or publish one business, organisation, event or submission does not require me to accept or publish another.
Unless I choose otherwise, editorial decisions are final and I am not required to provide reasons or operate an appeals process.

You must take reasonable care to ensure that information you submit is accurate and not misleading at the time it is submitted.
This includes, where relevant:

I may check or correct submitted information, but doing so does not mean that I accept responsibility for the underlying accuracy of information supplied by you.
5. Your Authority to Make a Submission
You must not knowingly submit false, fraudulent or misleading information or deliberately impersonate another person, business or organisation.
If you state or imply that you are submitting information on behalf of a business, organisation, venue, event organiser or another person, you confirm that you have appropriate authority to do so.
You may also submit genuinely useful information about a local business, organisation, place or event without formally representing that organisation, provided that the information is submitted in good faith and you do not falsely claim to act on its behalf.
6. Your Rights to Submitted Material
You must only submit photographs, logos, graphics, written material or other content that you own, are authorised to provide, or otherwise have permission to submit for the purposes described in these Terms.

This licence includes permission to make reasonable technical and editorial adjustments such as resizing, cropping, compressing, formatting or adapting material so that it works properly within the Website and its associated promotional channels.
The licence is non-exclusive, which means that you remain free to use the material yourself or allow other people to use it.
Submitting material does not transfer ownership of that material to me.
8. Editing Written Content
I may edit or rewrite submitted text before or after publication.
This may include changes to:

- punctuation;
- formatting and presentation;
- length;
- categorisation;
- clarity and readability;
- repetitive or excessive promotional language; and
- consistency with the editorial style of Visit Bewdley.
I may summarise or rewrite information rather than publishing a submission word for word.
Where I consider that a proposed change could materially alter an important fact or the meaning of a submission, I may seek clarification before publication.
9. Photographs and Images
If you submit a photograph or other image, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it for publication in accordance with these Terms.
I may resize, crop, compress or otherwise make reasonable technical adjustments to an image for presentation on Visit Bewdley.

If submitted material contains identifiable people, you should ensure that you are entitled to provide the material for publication.
You should take particular care with images involving children, private events, private premises or circumstances in which a person may reasonably expect privacy.

I may change the Website’s design, structure, categories, functionality or editorial approach, which may affect how or where submitted material appears.

Visit Bewdley may separately offer paid advertising, sponsorship, featured listings, enhanced listings or other promotional services.
Paid promotional services may be subject to separate prices, conditions and commercial terms.
Purchasing or enquiring about a paid promotional service does not alter these Content Submission Terms unless expressly agreed otherwise.
