About Rosie’s Posies Flower Field

Rosie’s Posies Flower Field is a newly established, family run flower field at Deasland Farm in Heightington, a short drive from Bewdley. Through the summer the field comes alive with more than thirty thousand sunflowers across five different varieties, from the familiar tall and golden to the deep, fiery tones of the ‘Ring of Fire’, alongside a generous dahlia patch full of colour.

Visitors are welcome to wander among the flowers and settle beneath the farm’s ancient oak, a tree thought to be around six hundred years old, which offers plenty of welcome shade on a warm afternoon. You are invited to bring a picnic, or to enjoy the home made cakes and light refreshments on offer. Best of all, you can pick your own blooms and build a bouquet to carry home, with sunflowers and dahlias available by the stem, and a single stem often carrying several flowers.

Entry is £5, with sunflowers at £1 a stem and dahlias at £2. The field opens on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 4pm, making a gentle and colourful outing for families, friends and anyone who simply loves being among flowers on a summer’s day close to Bewdley.
