Pon De River is an authentic Caribbean food venture operating from Bewdley Rowing Club on Riverside North. Situated right on the banks of the River Severn, it brings a vibrant and traditional taste of the Caribbean to the town, operating as a regular pop up dining experience on the first and last Saturday of every month.
The menu features a comprehensive selection of classic Caribbean dishes, cooked fresh and packed with flavour. Diners can enjoy generous main courses including marinated jerk chicken, rich brown stew chicken, curry mutton, and pan fried Caribbean sea bass. For lighter bites, the kitchen serves homemade beef, vegetable, or salt fish patties, alongside traditional sides like festival dumplings, rice and peas, and plantain chips.
Operating alongside the rowing club public bar, it offers a fantastic riverside setting to grab some highly rated street food while enjoying a drink.
