Amphora is a new wine bar, deli and, in time, a small hotel taking shape at 70 Load Street, in the centre of Bewdley. It is opening in stages through 2026, and there is already plenty to visit.
The wine bar runs as a pop-up in the garden on selected weekends, pouring wine, beer, cocktails and zero-proof drinks alongside tasty snacks. Amphora Pantry, the deli side, is open part-time at weekends, stocking good olive oil, charcuterie, chutneys, nuts, crackers and the sort of nibbles that make up a proper foodie shop. The hotel is still under construction and will follow once it is ready.
