Bewdley Carnival’s annual general meeting doubles as an open evening for new volunteers. Anyone thinking of joining one of the teams that puts the carnival together is welcome to come along, meet them and find out what is involved.
The teams are Finance, Risk Assessment, Public Relations, Fundraising and Carnival Essentials, covering everything from the budget and the road closures to the newsletters, the sponsorship, and the carnival weekend itself, including the Best-Dressed Window Competition and the Carnival Royals.
